Aduhaiiii naperla arinih sangat membosankan

Aduhaiiii naperla arinih sangat membosankan. Kalau dapat duduk kt umah kan bes..leh basuh pinggan, basuh kain, mop lantai, kemas umah, buang sampah,jahit langsir ohhhh duduk kt opis nih x memberangsangkan lansung..!!dok plak ngadap boss nih..time suku sakat dia mai menyinggah..bertambah bosan aku tgk…tambah2 time dia membebel2…tension aku dengar….

Pagi nih mmg badan rs letih..kol 5 pagi td bangun…sofea nk susu lagik…pastuh aku sambung tido..kol 5.30 aku terjaga lagik..ingat nk bangun masak ape2 utk bawak bekal..tapi rs malas yg amat..so aku sambung tido lagik…tibe2 terjaga lagik kol 6….aku gagah jugak bangun..tapi aku menyinggah bilik wafiq..aku baring atas sofa….krohh..krohh..aku terjaga lg kol 6.15…dah dah la wei….bangun karang lambat kelam kabut plak aduihhhh…..so pas mandi aku selesaikan apa yang patut kol 7 aku Berjaya keluar..tapi mata rasa berat…wafiq plak sampai je umah nenek nangis2 x mo masuk..nak balik umah…sajer jer tuh umpan nk bg aku lambat….Sofea cam bese tersenyum2 manis..kekekekek…..

Sepanjang perjalanan aku dgr je lagu maher zain..tah tetibe je laki aku beli CD maher zain…so aku layan sebab malas nk tune in sinar.fm….arinih malas segala2nya….
Sampai opis jerk memangla tada mood arinih…nak makan pon tada mood gak….p tgk menu kt makcik level 3 tuh..x de yg menyelerakan..aku naik balik aku buka biskut  digestive minum teh tarik…huwarrgghhh naper arinih sgt x bes…!!

So untuk seru mood aku mai..aku buka youtube layan gossip pastuh ternampak thriller ngangkung..wakhkahkahkah klaka gila…ehh mood hepi dah mai…pastuh terlayan jozan n raja lawak…kahkahkah..wahh bes2…pastuh tup2 ternampak email dr boss masuk pasal keje yang pending..terus mood mati….kenape la nk sent email pasal keje time2 aku tgh berpoya2 di alam maya nih…potong stim betol…

Pastuh aku buat keje..buat keje…buat keje..muka pon dah x manis…continue la buat keje…bosan kan?kalau kt umah aku dh leh jahit langsir tuh….nikmat ooo dpt jahit langsir huwaaa…nak balik….

Semalam lepas diskas2 nk makan ape..las2 aku masak nasik..laki aku nk mkn ngn ikan tenggiri masin and telor goring..so aku goring sayo….so itula  menu untuk dinner..habes cerite..x yah diskas…hhuuhuhu….arinih tatau lg nk masak apa plak…kalau dinner nih susah sikit tambah2 kalau weekdays..sbb masa x cukup….aku sampai umah pon dah nk dekat kol 7 malam..nk masak lagik…nk  layan anak2 kejap…ngan umah bersepah2…mmg kelam kabut…tapi aku mmg nak masak…cume tatau nk masak apa..kang aku masak sesuke ati…nnti laki plak x nak makan…ikutkan hati aku….aku makan roti pon xper..tapi x kan nk tgk laki n anak mkn roti jerk…sian kt depa….so marilah google cari resepi……

Wahhhh lepas tgk2 resepi tertgk resepi untuk diet….ok gakla resepi tuh simple nk x dele kene makan bende mepek2 nih…kadang2 resepi omputih nih of course la dorang soh makan makanan dorang kan…cer kite guna makanan kita plak..bleh ajer….janji jgn makan byk jajan, oily food, fast food ,carbonated drinks  n makan at the right time….nih kol 10 pon dok melantak KFC memangla x ke mana..so kene ubahcara hidup kite ok….mcm aku kol 10 tuh aku dh tido…letih laaaa……dr aku mkn baik aku tido huhu..tapi x jugak kurus2..!!

Semalam sebelom g amik budak2..aku singgah jap econsave beli sabun2….ini wafiq punyer cerite…satu hari habes atu botol sabun.syampoo…skang nih bilik air tuh x de lg tempat/rak nk susun segala jenis toiletries so aku main humban semua jenis toiletries lam baldi…so bila dia g mandi..and aku x sempat nk tgk aktiviti dia lam bilik air sebab sebok ngan sofea dia pon berhoya2 sakanlaaa..walaupon dh byk kali aku pesan jgn habeskan sabun..sikit jerk..ok mama sikit jerk…selesai setelakn sofea aku g jenguk astaghfirullahhalazim…..habes sebotol shower cream aku…macam tuhla rutinnyer selama 1-2 minggu sejak2 aku berpindah nih…asyik nk kn beli shower cream baru….kopak la mak dara mcm nih…so semalam lepas beli aku simpan atas rak…dia x leh capai masa mandi…bile dia ckp dh siap mandi…aku g mandikan dia lg sekali n sabun kan dia heheheheh….selamat sabun aku….

World of Madness….

Sepanjang seminggu nih mmg macam2 hal la yg berlaku dan semuanya annoying things…mak mmg x suke nyah…tapi nk buat camner..so mak malas nk citer panjang2..mak buat list je ko baca la nyah yer….

  1. Cant blogging : 
      • @ office because of the setting problem.
      • @ Home because of the poor signal of Digi broadband last time at Our rented house the line was superb but the at new house line is kinda sucks and I cant blogging at office using the digi bb because My dear husband not pays the bills. Ayoyo…I really mad….
  2. Never ending house chores – everywhere is messy. I’m tired all day long do the cooking, washing, cleaning, feeding, and the things are keep going. Help... I need a stop button..!!
  3. Tension at office – I won’t reveal here…there is something annoying about the people here
  4. My body system needs for the rest- I feel like my body is tearing into pieces. I really need one day of rest and doing nothing except sleeping, eating, updating my FB status..wakakakakak….ohhh I need that more than anything…but it only happened in my dreams….don’t wake me up please let me sleep and dream….
  5. My fattylicious figure - no need to describe about the words….it tells everything about my figure…!!
Agaknye las week tuh time meroyan kot..so semua benda ada je yg x kene..hikhikhik….

..the same weekend...

kalau weekend tuh mmg aku x de citer lainlaa..citernyer sebok...kalau x sebok..busy heheh..pastuh bile dah busy sari suntuk aku letih...pastuh aku ngomel2 pasal anak2..hhehhe..sampaila orang dengor cerite aku pon dah naik meluat dan bosan ya amat...tapi aku x kire aku nk citer gak...uhuhuhuhuu....

Arinih pepagi ahad anak2 dah kacau aku nk tido...si abang terjerit2 suruh bangun...si adik plak dok membelek2 jari aku kadnag2 terasa jari aku dok lam mulut dia..huhuhu..aduihhh dah le semalam x sempat nk rehat dan tido puas2...lansung x kasi can aku nk membuta pagi nih....so pas bangun aku siap2 kan dorang..bg mandi n susu kitaorng kuar g breakfast hahhah...x larat la nak masak breakfast so breakfast kt luar jerk..padahal x le sesedap mana tp kau makan kt luar nih x yah nk kn basuh pinggan pas makan...sambil makan pon leh rilek2..jiwa rasa lebih tenang wakkakaka..kalau kt ghomah sorang nak yang tuh..sorng lgik nk merengek laaa...mcm2 hal...pastuh penat nk basuh pinggan mangkok...nak kemas dapo...x ker penat  tuh...

so pas balik dr breakfast aku jemur kain..pastuh tidorkan sofea..abang wafiq lak layan citer kartun....pastuh aku start masuk dapo...nak sediakan lunch laa..haaaa...jgn ingt aku malas siapkan breakfast..aku malas segala2nya...tidakkkk....aku rajin masak..tapi skan gnih kan baru pas berpindah penat oo siang malam badan bekerja no rest..tapi utk lunch aku masak..sbb anak2 nk kn suapkan nasik..kalau x makan nasik nnti depa lapaq..kalau dah lapaq mulala sorang2nk buat perangai...so aku buatkan bubur nasik untuk sofea...lagipon nak kene bawkkan bekal untuk dia nnti bile anta umah bb sitter..pastuh au masakkan nasik planta nayam masak ..er...masak ape pon tak tau lah aku men redah jerk...janji ada ayam..ada sayor..cukup bahan perisa n yg penting leh ngap huhuhuhhu....

so sesambil masak tuh cam bese ler terpaksa melayan pangai sorang2...sesambil tuh sempat gakla aku ngambik gambo utk tatapan anda semua..err..ade ke orng baca blog aku yang mececeh x tentu pasal nih.....

umah aku x de kitchen kabinet lagik....

dua orng budak yang meneman aku masak...

suke sgt kacau kan amik ini keret gmain jauh2....

bahan2 utk masak arinih....

sautekan bawang besar,putih, halia,ayam n cendawan...

masukkan zukini  n keret

pas selesai aktiviti masak...bersiaran lasung aktivit suap menyuap..sampaila semu aorng kenyang...pas bg mandi n tisurkan sofea...abg wafiq pon tidor..aku pon baru leh start kemas2 umah...nk kemas dapo...x lama sofea dh abngun...di anih mmg la pesen tido kejap2 jer penat horrr....sesambil tgkkan sofea aku melipat kain..aduihh pala dah rs fenin sbb ngantuk.tapi apo dayo den...umah selerak2..x dayo nk nengok sepah sao sini....sesambil lipat kain layan sofea..kemas mana yg patut....aku kukuskan mantou utk mkan petang n buatkan air sirap..huhuhuhuhu....so layan lagik gambo aku  yer...

..dare urself...

tatau laaa samada tercapai ke idak cita2 aku nih untuk cabaran detox nih ahahah..dah banyak kali dah try buat..tapi hampeh x pernah nk menjadik....so kali nih try lagik..cube jgn x cube...kikikikik....

so kononnyer dgn perasaan yang berkobar2..aku pon bawakla bekalan roti untuk breakfast...bukan apa kalau x..pagi2 aku makan bihun pastuh ada side order lg kuheh muheh..huhuuhu...aku nih bukan apa pas bersalin arituh mmg suka sgt makan manis2..so kadan2 tuh x leh nk kontrol diri....so skang nih kene kuatkan semngat kontrol tabiat makan yg buruk tuh..sbb aku x mo tgk perut akuyg buruk nih huhuhuhu....so aku bawakla bekalan untuk bfast makan roti n sardin...so aku dah x yah makan kuih2 yg manis n bergoreng n berminyak tuh...cuma tabiat yang aku x leh tinggal ialah  minum coffee during bfast..beseler mesti nk neskepe kan baru ada ummphh pagi2...maya karin pon minum neskepe gak...kikikikikpasminum neskepe dia g detox makan jamu ..tuh pasal dia chantek...kkekekkek....so ingat pasnih nk trt bawak juice from home lahhh....

itulah salah satu cabaran terbesar rakyat malaysia nk berdiet ialah makanan yg disediakan di cafe mmgla x menyihatkan pastuh lifestyle yg bz manjang x smpat nk masak.so kita makan ape yg ada kt kedai tuh pasal susah mau slim n sihat...kalau nk sehat n slim kene rajin sikit...tiru cam kak bedah nih muahahahha....rajin kerrr......?

arinih panjang sikit kak bedah berleter sbb tetibe ada mood nak menaip...tapi bateri lappy aiiplak dh tinggai 11%..so kene taip cepat2 kikkikiik....kalinih nyer entri tada gamba byk ada sekeping je gamba bfast kak bedah...so ap lgik layannn...



ohh lupa nkbgtau sikit...dah 2 hari kak bedah lunch makan roti...bfast n roti menu yang sama...x patut kan....kt opis kemain lagik la ko berdiet..balik ghomah melantak mcD camner tuh..mmg nk kene tibai la bontot tuh kikikk..

gamba nih pagi nih punyer...kak bedah bawak mantou perisa pandan mmg peberet aii....so pg kak bedah minum kopi CNI ( sbb kopi DCL dah habes) n makan mantou...lunch kak bedah melantak roti ..pastuh ada g beli betik n sayor....kekadang ada gak terbeli ayam..err pe kes....mlm...err...melantak mcd...wakaka..semlm jer kayy..maklumla laki kak bedah balik bawak makanan utk anak n bini..laki dh beli aku mkn jerk..rugi oooo...pasnih kn insaf x leh mkn mc dah oiiii....sebat kang....

Masak memasak dah kembali....

Semalam ingt sebelom g amik anak2 nk singgah econsave jap nak membeli barng2 dapo yg dah menyusut due to pindah randah arituh..tapi di sebabkan ujan lebat yang amat so x jadik singgah kenangkan anak2 yang akan menunggu lama..so aku terus ke umah bb sitter.sampai je kat umah dah mati kutu nk masak semua bahan x cukup heheheh….maklumla ujan2 nih kan perut cepat je lapar. So mula2 sekali aku masakkan dulu bubur untuk sofea pastuh aku kuarkan stok naget, Campbell mushroom soup, baked bean and sardine. Wafiq tgk mama dia keluarkan macam2 barang dia start Tanya “ mama nak masak apa tuh..” sbb selalunya aku jarang nk guna barang2 dalam tin ni..so bile dia tgk byk plak brng2 dalam tin nih dia jd heran gamaknyer….hheeheh….pastuh dia sebok nak makan roti n cheese….wafiq nih dia senng jer anything ada cheese dia akan makan..kalau cheesedale  kraft tuh dia ratah mcm tuh jerk…selalu dady belikan cheese yg bulat2 panjng tuh pon dia makan mcm tuh jerk….

Agak2 pas maghrib dady baru sampai…lambat la sikit sebab KL ujan lebat..sekali dady bawak balik laksa heheh so mlm tuh cancel semua brng2 dlm tin kitaorng makan laksa heheh..aku Cuma masak sardine jer  utk bawak bekal sok pagi g keje..makan ngn roti…laki aku plak pesen x makan sgt roti2 nih…cam wafiq sejak2 selere makn dia bertambah nih semua bende dia makan heheheh….balik keje nnti kene beli roti n cheeselah…

Pas duduk elok2 dan dapat berpikiran dgn waras..barulah aku leh buat list barang2 dapo…kalau x ade je yg aku terlupe…aduhh banyak betol…itu pon weekend arituh laki aku dh belikan sikit2…aiseyyy nk g beli barang arinih lupa plak bawak green bag..sekarng nih aku dh biasakan diri kalau nk g shopping brng dapo mesti bawak beg tuh…tapi maybe sebab belom menjadi kebiasaan dan tabiat lgik kadang2 ingt kdang2 lupa..maklumla nk beli brng pon x plan dulu main redah jerk ….Go Green….

Agak2 korang nk tgk ke list barang2 dapo yg aku nk beli tuh..x perla korang x de keje korng baca lah yer heheheh…aku nih pon agak2 x de ideal nk tulis ape so aku menceceh jer ler apa yg nk terkeluar dr pala otak dan isi perut aku hahaah…:

  1. ayam – selalunya aku beli dalam 2 ketul  je n amik bahagian isi/daging sbb nk buatkan sup utk sofea..n abg wafiq leh join sekali….
  2. sayo – arituh laki aku dh belikan tomatoes,potatoes..so ari nih aku nk beli brokoli…so bleh taruk lam sup atau selalunya aku taruk lam spageti/pasta goring…skrang nih aku nk biasakan wafiq makan sayor lak ..dia mmg x suke sayo tapi sejak2 dia ngap semua bende so aku nk taruk sikit2…
  3. Mee  -  tetibe teringin nk buat mee sup..wafiq suke mee sup nih….
  4. Chicken stok -  selalunya aku guna stok jer x guna kiub ayam tuh ciken stok lg power n senng nk guna….masak ape2 pon masukkan je ciken stok kompom sedap….
  5. Kiub daging/lembu- kiub nih ayam brand x de kene beli knorr brand..kalau masak sup masukkan kiub nih mmg gempak sup…
  6. Kicap Manis cap kipas udang
  7. Light soy sauce-aku suke nih..masak ape2 pon aku taruk je kecuali kalau masak pasta ker spageti ke jgnla taruk hilang rasa western tuh heheheh…
  8. Roti
  9. Cheese-cheesedale utk wafiq sbb stok dh nak habes dah…
  10. hand wash-yg umah lama dah habes
  11. telor-walaupon x mkn telor goreng tapi aku spare kot2 tetibe rajin nk buat kek…

So far itu je baru list yg ada lam pala otak aku….

back to normal....

haa walaupon dah berpindah..tapi umah macam tongkang pecah...blom kemas ape2 lagik...aku cuma kemasknikan bahgaian dapo je dulu...sbb bahgaian tuh penting kalau x....x berasap la dapo dan x makan la kami anak beranak..walaupon ada masa mkn kt luar tapi masak tetap on walaupon x banyak....

so semalam pas pindah2 barang..barula ada masa nk memasak...dh lama aku tgk lada benggala lam peti ais tuh meleleh2 dah air liur x saba nk makan...pastuh nk kn masakkan bubur nasik utk anak dara...so bahagian dapo kene le set up dulu hehhehe...

so inila maskaan pertama aku...agak sedap sbb x berapa nk cukup bahan perisa..ingt kalau boh kicap cair n ciken stok lagik bertambah ummphhh....tp boleyla di makan melepaskan gian hehehe..sedap tuh sayo tuh....


pasnih aku nk tukar frying pan baru hehhehh..maklumla semngat umah bar kan..weii orng beli banglo pon x xcited cam hang....hahahhaha...itu orang..ini aku..sbb frying pan tuh sgt penting...ada frying pan yg mak suker..bertambah semngat nak memasak you....pasnih blehla maska macam2....semalam pon dah ad alam pala otak nk buat kek..tapi masa  x begitu mengijinkan esokla yer....

dah lama si abang minta belikan basikal...so sempene bedey dia yg ke 3 n ih baru belikan..tapi belikan adiah in advance...bedeynya 17 dec nih...x perla...mehla layan dulu gamba2 orng hepi dpt beskal...huhuhuuu..

Cleaning time….

Selama dalam proses berpindah nih bab2 makan mmg x amik tahu..mana yg ada dan sempat makan jerk.maklumla banyak guna tenaga perut pon lapar pastuh dah x sempat nk pk makan apa paling cepat dan senang tentulah fast food…selama 4 ari nih jugak mcm2 fasrfood aku dah telan..[erut pon kemain lgik membuncit. So skang nih keadaan dah beransur tenang bolehla susun atur balik pemakanan. Walaupon aku nihb ukanla jaga sangat bab makan tapi kalau minum air gas dan asyik makan jajan tuh petanda sgt x bagus untuk aku..scary ooo….semalam pon melantak lagik makan berger McD aayyoooo…

So pagi nih dengan penuh semangat nk control balik tabiat pemakanan.so ape kate kite detox dulu…hehehehh..semalam masa sambil2 mengemas rumah akutertgk cerita ape tah kt astro..citer omputih tuh yg ada dietitian jaga pemakanan sorng hsewife nih…this hsewife- a crier women with load of hsechores, work at office, kids to taken care of so dia x de masa utk diri sendiri dan juga kepleruan sexuality dia…hoooo..menarik ooo…so dipendekkena cerita si dietitian nih soh pompuan td tuh detox for 4 days just because of the 4 bites of pizza..bayangkanla aku dah telan seketul ayam goring McD including the crispy skin, the carbonated drinks, the jajans, chocolicoius n chocoholic huhuhuhu…byngkan ebrapa ari mau kene detox…huhuhuhhu….

So aku pon searching la pasal detox…Nampak gayanya kene la detox for 30 days tgk takat mana leh bertahan..tapi sebelom tuh as for starter kite try 7 days detox..ada berani kaaa?Mehla ikut this detox….

Kalau di tgk pada food to avoid hmm..mmg yang tuh la major food yg kite consuming everyday oohh patutla aku x kurus2 huhuhuhu….

Rather than following an extreme detox plan that limits just about every food except fruit and veg while at the same time getting you to down a nasty ‘detox’ drink every day, this plan is safer and more sensible and shouldn’t leave you short on nutrients if you follow it for just one week.
Foods to include in the plan
Your plan can include:
·       Fruit – your plan can include any fruit including fresh, frozen, dried or canned in natural fruit juice. This includes apples, bananas, pears, oranges, grapefruit, satsumas, sultanas, raisins, pineapple, mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, nectarines, peaches, melons, star fruit etc
 
·       Fruit juice – either make homemade fruit juices or smoothies from fresh fruit, or drink ready-made juices. Make sure ready-made juices are labelled as being ‘pure’ or ‘unsweetened’.
 
·       Vegetables – eat any vegetables including fresh, frozen or canned in water (without salt added). This includes carrots, onions, turnip, swede, sprouts, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, peppers, leeks, courgettes, broccoli, cauliflower, salad, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions etc
 
·       Beans and lentils – eat any beans, including those that have been dried or canned in water. This includes red kidney, haricot, cannellini, butter, black eye, pinto, red lentils, green lentils and brown lentils
 
·       Tofu and Quorn
 
·       Oats – sprinkle oats over fresh fruit or use to make porridge, sweetened with honey and fresh fruit
 
·       Potatoes – all types
·       Brown rice and rice noodles
 
·       Rye crackers, rice cakes and oatcakes
 
·       Fresh fish – eat any fresh fish including cod, plaice, mackerel, salmon, lobster, crab, trout, haddock, tuna, prawns, Dover sole, red mullet, halibut, lemon sole, monkfish, swordfish etc. Canned fish in water is suitable too eg salmon or tuna
·       Unsalted nuts – eat any including Brazil, peanuts, almonds, cashew, hazel nuts, macadamia, pecans, pine nuts, pistachio, walnuts etc
 
·       Unsalted seeds – eat any including sunflower and pumpkin
·       Plain popcorn – without sugar or salt
·       Live natural yoghurt
·       Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
·       Garlic, ginger and fresh herbs
 
·       Ground black pepper
 
·       Honey
·       Water – at least 2 litres a day. Tap or mineral water is fine.
·       Herbal or fruit teas
Foods to avoid during your detox
·       Red meat, chicken, turkey and any meat products like sausages, burgers, and pate
·       Milk, cheese, eggs, cream
·       Butter and margarine
·       Any food that contains wheat including bread, croissants, cereals, cakes, biscuits, pies, pastry, quiche, battered or breadcrumbed foods, etc
·       Crisps and savoury snacks including salted nuts
·       Chocolate, sweets, jam and sugar
·       Processed foods, ready meals, ready-made sauces and takeaways
·       Alcohol
·       Coffee and tea
·       Sauces, pickles, shop bought salad dressing, mayonnaise
·       Salt
·       Fizzy drinks and squashes, including diet versions
Detox Plan Breakfasts
·       Banana porridge
Porridge made with water and topped with natural yoghurt, banana, raisins and sweetened with honey.
·       Fruit salad with yoghurt and oats
Fresh fruit salad with natural yoghurt and a sprinkling of oats.
·       Fresh fruit smoothie
Fruit smoothie made from fresh fruit, natural yoghurt and honey to sweeten if needed.
·       Muesli and yoghurtHomemade muesli made from oats, seeds, nuts and dried fruit served with natural yoghurt.
·       Fresh fruit and yoghurt
Fresh fruit and a pot of natural yoghurt sweetened with honey.
Detox Plan Lunches
·       Vegetable soup and oatcakes
Large bowl of vegetable or lentil soup (either homemade or supermarket ‘fresh’) with oatcakes.
·       Tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato and saladJacket potato topped with tuna (canned in water) mixed with sweetcorn and natural yoghurt and served with salad.
·       Mediterranean salad with rice cakes
Rice cakes served with rocket, avocado, tomatoes, fresh basil and black pepper. Plus a handful of unsalted nuts.
·       Guacamole with crudités
Homemade guacamole made from avocado, lemon juice, fresh chilli, tomatoe and garlic served with vegetable crudités and oatcakes.
·       Tzatziki with crudités
Homemade tzatziki made from natural yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and lemon juice served with vegetable crudités and oatcakes.

Grilled cod fillet served with jacket potatoes and lightly steamed vegetables.
Detox Plan Dinners
·       Chinese vegetable stir fry
Stir fry a selection of vegetables such as bok choi, spring onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and beansprouts in a little olive oil with garlic and ginger. Serve with brown rice.
·       Baked salmon with jacket potato
Bake a salmon fillet and serve with a jacket potato and steamed vegetables.
·       Tuna and prawns with noodles
Gently fry a selection of vegetables such as onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgette and leek in a little olive oil. When lightly browned, add a handful of prawns. Cook for a few minutes, then add canned tomatoes, tomato puree, black pepper and tuna canned in water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice noodles.
·       Sweet and sour stir fry with rice
Gently fry a selection of chopped vegetables such as onions, peppers, baby sweetcorn and mushrooms. Add canned pineapple (in fruit juice), canned tomatoes, tomato purée, white wine vinegar and honey. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve with brown rice.
·       Potato and bean casserole
Gently fry a selection of typical casserole vegetables such as onion, carrots and parsnip in a little olive oil with garlic. When browned, add diced potato and fry for a few minutes. Add fresh vegetable stock, black pepper and your favourite beans. Bring to the boil and simmer until the casserole thickens.
Detox Plan Snacks
·       Fresh fruit or fresh fruit salad
·       Natural yoghurt mixed with honey
·       Plain popcorn
·       Handful of unsalted nuts or seeds

...finally....

berakhir sudah penantian kami sekeluarga....kitaorng start pindahkan barang2 ari jumaat malam.seperti brang2 kepelruan yg penting je dulu mcm tilam kecik, kepelruan susu anak2 so malam tuh jugak tido umah baru.so esoknya pindahkanlagi brang2 lain mcm kain baju, brang2 dapo, toiletries.arinih barulah lori datang angkut barang2 besar mcm peti ais, mesin basuh tilam besar and other fe things yang x sempt nak angkut.barang2 macam Tv tuh awal2 lg dah angkut sbb kalau x de tv mana boleh duduk diam si Wafiq tuh so x dele boring sangat time.

kol 3 ptg td lori dah mai angkut semua barang2...akhirnya umah baru dah berselerak yg amat hehehhe....so sesambil mengemas2 aku update blog sikit2 dan kejap2....pas lori balik aku kemas tmpt tido dulu..pas tidorkan sofea..wafiq plak g taman ngan dady so aku leh la ngadap pc dengan aman dan waras.kadnag2 sambil update blog sambil pegang sofea ..aduihhh semua ideal  hilang sbb si kecik pon sebok nk kongsi ideal dia sama nk tekan2 keyboard...x per nnti Pea besar create ur own blog ehhh....as for this now jgn kacau mama laa kekek..ini pon sesambil nih aku tgh mengemas peti ais..aku dah buka tempat lapik kaca tuh aku siram2 air dulu bg segala yang melekat dan tumpah aas tuh cepat mengembang supaya senangla aku nk menyentalnyer kejap lagik....

Malam barula dapat mengemas mana2 yang patut dulu...budak2 nih pon masuk tido awal...sebab semua pakatt2 letih kot...ingat malam nak jahit kaki langsir sikit sbb meleret2..tapi dah x de daya dah...nak betul2 kemas memang amik masa tambah ada anak kecik nih susah sikit asal nak kemas jer nk tido laa nak suap maka laaa berak laa..memang mmeltihkan.....
