Sempena birthday sofea kitaorang tak ada buat apa2 sambutan....dengar cerite kalau sambut birthday tuh mcm amalan orng jewish ek?so kalau nak buat smbutan birthday elokla buat majlis kenduri doa selamat kot....tapi memandangkan bajet pon tak de..so aku buatkan kek jer la untuk nak dara...

carrot Cake

Hahahah...dah 2 kali try buat carrot cake..dua2 kali asyik tak menjadik.....

This is the first attempt for my carrot cake....maybe kene tukar nama jadik kek keret bantat kot....walaupon x naik gebu tapi rasanya sgt sedap....Pea n Wafiq suka sgt2....

This is the second time buat carrot cake...pon x berapa nk mnjadik gak..maybe sebab kekurangan bahan2....main campak2 gituh cam tere jer bunyi kalah cehf wan kan..tekstur kek nih agak keras tp masih boleh dimakan...sangat sedap kalau makan bersama dengan ais krim...

Selagi tak dapat keret cake yang betul2 sedap...aku tak akan mengalah hahahahah....

a few updates...

Superb busy lately even i have a lot of stories to share with but i couldn't find which one should come first. Since my brother went into college, our life has a bit changes, we become more busy and tired hopefully the situation will turn to normal soon.

My little Sofea already start walking and become more naughty and cute !!While Wafiq like usual can't stop talking and keep talking keep asking whatever has come cross inside his mind until i couldn't find the answers for all his questions.

Since my husband get his new job somewhere in PJ, he was very busy due to tons of work to do and only reached at home almost nite. So this make me quite busy and tired a whole day. Once i reached home, i rushing to the kitchen prepararing something for dinner. Hey...we have changed our lifestyle. We will try our best to cook and having meals at home. So far i did it very good. I cook a very simple and nutritious meals. My husband has give his best support to me and our kids love it. I cook in a optimum amount so that there will be no food left after all. This strategy is very practical for small family like us in other hand it save money and i can save my tummy from loaded with food. yeay..!!

Pasta in mushroom soup. Sofea really love this and she finished almost one bowl on her own.Wafiq is always a pasta lovers.

I named this as a BBQ Chicken even it is not really a BBQ. This is the most simple menu for dinner. Just put everything inside the baking tray- i don't have the casserole pan !! and then bake for 40-50 minutes and served for perfection.
